"Really god hotel and nice area"

"Cleaning ladies are polite, but not the other front desk and concierge staff(depending on their moods). The room can be tricky, if you prefer a real CityView, please request ahead but all the tall buildings are blocking the view now. After just a few months I came back to this hotel, everything changed, staff, cleaning mess, etc… And if you are just look for a motel quality or a simple stay, this hotel is ok because they don’t provide any amenities, not even bathing robes or shower cap or toothbrush etc. Staff- wise, not friendly at all, they feel very annoyed if you request or ask more. I even heard them speak some F- languages to co-workers right after some customers left. So, quality went downhill from times to times."

"The room is very clean and big for HK standard. Great to have the laundry room, the restaurant is amazing and the staffs are very friendly. We will come back again. "

"The free breakfast is very nice, so convenient to get your busy day started. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is great. This is located in such an interesting area of Mong Kok we really enjoyed our stay."

"Staff are great, location is very easy to navigate, tranport easily accessible. Hitel is very clean. Bottled water provided, late check out and use of the fitness area to shower before the airport. Would return."

"This was an exceptional property. We stayed with two kids and it was a perfect way to explore the area and have a place to rest. The breakfasts were beyond our expectations and the staff were wonderful. I will be staying here the next time we travel to the area. The view from the 23rd floor was spectacular!"
