Everything was good ! Quiet and convenient to our event and really to anything you would want to do in the wilkesboro area. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was nice as was the in room coffee. Good place to stay if in this area.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Its more like a motel situation then a hotel. Room was clean but smelled like cigarettes. I definitely let them know immediately (I wasnt about to get charged for that). Bed wasn't very comfortable to me. I had a hard time sleeping, but I guess you get what you pay for. The plus side was there are lots of stores in the area and eateries.

If you’re coming in late this is perfect for a place to just lay your head for$70 but don’t expect anything else. Breakfast was very minimal. You couldn’t leave the lobby with it so you had to sit there, that was probably the worst and the pool closed at 8 PM where most hotels stay open till 11 PM. It’s not as nice as the picture show. I think it’s a different property or maybe when it was in its prime.

It took hours from the time of we left our room at 8:30am, notifying the receptionist we needed towels and upon returning at 4pm we still didn’t have towels. Someone from housekeeping had been in our room the trash was emptied, bedding was put over the pillows w/o the bed not made, and DIRTY TOWELS REMOVED BUT NO NEW TOWELS REPLACED. It wasn’t until after numerous phone calls to front desk and even my husband went in person to get the towels but was told someone get to our request.

Smoking smell was terrible in room (asked for non smoking room)… the office said the room was non smoking—denied smoking smell in the room. Saw several very tiny hair curls on bed sheet and hair strands on the bathroom floor and one hair stranding on the door trim. The bed mattress was VERY hard. Quality Inn definitely NEED to renovate the rooms and the bed mattresses! I will never go back to Quality Inn again!

Was an inexpensive room for the night. Room was clean but old. TV was very dark and needed replacing, The tub had rust across the bottom of it. Water pressure and shower ok. Hot water good. Hotel needed basic maintenance. Breakfast was basically Carbs only with Waffles and Muffins...
