I used the whatsapp as indicated to try and get some support with the appalling noise levels from other guests, as there was no phone, and I was a solo traveller with a child, so unable to go to the desk in the middle of the night. No answer, no support, minimal sleep. Other guests at breakfast had also had no sleep due to guest noise"

"The heating in the room was broken so couldn’t be turned off, and the fridge was broken so wouldn’t stay cool. Overall the room was very clean and tidy and the kids loved the big bunkbeds "

"Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out. The views were really lovely though and the place is quiet. My partner had a lot of difficulty getting into our room though as there was no one at reception and we booked for two. He had to call a number whilst I was at work and the lady on the phone wasn't helpful or proactive about the situation. She also gave my room number out to the wrong guy which is a safety breach."
