Cozy nest surrounded by nature

Located in the village of Altenbach at an altitude of 750m, this independent building will offer you a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the forest. Located on a plot of one hectare wooded and rural, this cottage is composed of a large living-dining room, a large bedroom (2 beds 160 * 200 and a sofa BZ 140 * 190), a mezzanine (2 beds 90 * 190), a beautiful kitchen and a bathroom (shower).
Outside, a terrace awaits you for your meals and moments of relaxation.
Many walks and hikes start from the cottage or its surroundings.
Come and share a moment out of time and the tumult of daily life, far from stress, from the "disconnection" break to recharge your batteries, feet in the forest and head in the clouds, as do the trees that surround the property.

Located in the Thur Valley, near Thann (departure from the Wine Route), close to Colmar and Mulhouse and the most beautiful typical Alsatian villages like Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé
5 minutes from Col Amic and the Route des Crêtes, near the Grand Ballon and the Markstein and its many Farms-Inns
At 20min, the Wesserling Park will offer you a visit to the heart of the Heritage and many activities.
30 min away, Lake Kruth-Wildenstein and its activities (pedal-swimming-Tree Adventure Park)
In Winter, find our warm and typical Christmas markets, the Markstein, Ventron or La Bresse ski slopes
In the fall, you can enjoy the beautiful shimmering and warm colors of the surrounding forest and the terrace listening to the roar of the deer.

Juste parfait

La maison est parfaite pour profiter de la nature environnante , randonnées etc… Mais elle est aussi idéale pour profiter comme nous l avons fait des villages alsaciens et marchés de Noel En se ressourçant le soir dans un endroit chaud et chaleureux Accueil de Dominique à la hauteur… Endroit en pleine nature mais à 300 m du village donc non isolé Nous y reviendrons

Ontvangst was perfect. Accommodatie was proper en voldeed aan de eisen. Keuken was volledig ingericht. Wij waren met de motor en de laatste 250m tot de locatie zijn een uitdaging.. de weg er naartoe is niet geasfalteerd. Eens je de juiste lijn vind mag het geen groot probleem zijn. Excellent accueil de Dominique! Plein de bons conseils recus. Location aux lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée. Si vous souhaitez être au calme, prêt de la forêt, juste en dessous du Grand Ballon (en voiture en moins de 15 mn), ce gîte est fait pour vous. Pour les accros au téléphone, la 4G fonctionne sur le village si vous le souhaitez. Fromagerie sur le village à recommander! On serait bien resté plus longtemps.

Dès qu on prend le chemin forestier qui mène au gîte, je comprends que je vais arriver à un endroit paisible.ce fut le cas, la propriété est très bien entretenue, la jolie maison était tout à fait à mon goût et spacieuse,cuisine bien équipée, sdb avec une grande douche, l accueil est jovial,Domminique à beaucoup de plaisir à faire ,ainsi que son mari.ils sont discrets et serviables.Vous cherchez la nature et le calme,c est l endroit qu il vous faut,tout en étant près des propriétaires qui pour ma part était pratique, Domminique nous a dépanner pour nos petits oublies. A refaire pour ma part,merci

Superbe séjour en famille

Accueil tres chaleureux et sympa de Dominique. Un immense merci pour tout. Impressionné par la beauté et le calme de l'endroit. Nous etions en famille avec 3 enfants de 4,7 et 9 ans. Le chalet est grand , propre, tres bien agencé. Rien ne manque, c'est tres appreciable. Des randonnées et belles balades avec de beaux points de vue a faire proche du chalet. Le charme des Vosges en Alsace. Je recommande sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons assurement pour une douche de forêt !

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und von uns auch erwartet wurde. Eine geräumige Küche, ein großer Wohn-und Aufenthaltsraum ein großes Schlafgemach mit 2 Doppelbetten und ein Zwischengeschoß unter dem Dach mit 2 Schlafgelegenheiten attraktiv besonders für die Kinder. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas holprig aber mit einem normalen Auto befahrbar. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht, daß es dort weder Fernsehen noch Internet gibt. Nicht mobil und auch kein Wlan. So hat man dann auch mal Gelegenheit sich mit der Familie zu unterhalten. Und glauben Sie mir, die sind auch ganz nett. Alternativ bietet sich dann an, einen Laptop oder ein Tablet mit Filmen vollzupacken und sie per USB Verbindung zum vorhandenen Fernseher anzuschauen, wenn man das will. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Frau spricht auch recht gut deutsch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort leider keine. Aber ein paar Kilometer fahren und es hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Abschließend kann man sagen, es ist ein Ort für aktive Menschen. Besonders Bergsportler kommen dort voll auf Ihre Kosten.

Natur pur

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gemütlich in ruhiger Landschaft umgeben von wunderschöner Natur, Wäldern und Wiesen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und bot alles was man braucht. Verschiedene Wanderwege konnte man vom Haus aus begehen. Mit 2 sehr kleinen Kindern (8Mt. /2J.) waren die Wege allerdings recht steil. Aber es gab genügend Raum für Spiel und Begegnung mit den Hühnern, Hund und Gans der Besitzer und die Kinder durften freundlicherweise auch die Schaukelanlage und das private Trampolin benutzen. Auch wurde ein Sandkasten für die Kleinen aufgestellt. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch sind die Besitzer sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en pleine nature dans un gîte propre , spacieux, bien équipé et tout confort. De belles balades sont à faire au pied du gîte. L'accueil est chaleureux. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.
