"Beautiful location and amazing hosts. Charmaine and Kevin were welcoming, informative and generous. The property was spotlessly clean and smelt delightful. It was comfortable and practical and had a lot of little touches.The gardens and lake were gorgeous and felt tropical even though we were on the south coast of WA.Loved our stay and highly recommend it for short or longer stays."

The chalet was clean and comfortable, but it is located close to the cottage and homestead. We appreciated the games, puzzles and dvds as there was no wifi. Thanks for a relaxing stay."

"Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. The place was spotless, but relatively basic. The check in and check out instructions were too threatening and old-style holiday camp telling off, rather than a welcoming holiday retreat. If you need a family place by the beach this might be for you. "
