「Very clean and very convenient if you are going to Busch Gardens!」

「With three kids, we enjoyed the amenities and walkability. Loved The Mill, playground, soccer field, basketball court and pool. Being able to bring our pup was an added perk. Crystal was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.」

「The resort was wonderful and the condo was plenty of space for our family of four. We enjoyed Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during the day and pool and lazy River in the evening. Just note that the pool bar/food close at 7:00 pm so if you are planning on eating there get your order in early.」

「Accomodations were as described. This is a family orientated place and the unit we had was nice. I was in Williamsburg to visit my son who what at Yorktown for Coast Guard training so didn't use the "resort" facilities but had to pay the fee anyway. 「We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, quiet, cool in temperature! The staff did a superb job making us feel welcome and at home while there. I would recommend this property highly. Thank you!」

「The resort is in a good location. The suite was very spacious. The carpet and furniture are a little dated but not bad in any way. The resort will push hard to try to sell you a timeshare so be prepared.」

「Everything was great. The host of the place was amazing. I had an issue prior to checking in and the host was in consistent communication. The problem was immediately fixed and I was thankful」

「Easy check in process. Property is well maintained and very clean and roomy. 」

「Great location for Williamsburg family stay. Nice pool(s) and 4x2 bedrooms close together made family get togethers convenient. Grocery and restaurants close by as well as Busch Gardens and Water Country. Minor sofa issue quickly addressed by host. We would recommend this for a large family stay.」
