「The cabin was so awesome and I’m super glad there wasn’t a tv as I got to really spend time with my loved ones. Stuart was awesome and a very gracious host. Will definitely be staying again at this wonderful little slice of heaven.」

「The property is fabulous loved it and would stay again. Like is comfy tree house. My only issues were it was hard to find so def do during the day I lost gps which was a problem when I arrived and did not see cabin. Also I searched by proximity to Brownland said 3.4 miles and that was not true 20 min drive. The host was great and came and turned on AC for me」

「This is an amazing property. The pictures do not do it justice. I would say the double beds are too small for more than one person, so keep that in mind. The cabin is wonderfully eclectic so it would be more work to keep kids away from the pieces around the house. This truly is an amazing, cozy cabin, with an amazing view. I cannot brag on it enough. Our family so much enjoyed our time there. The person in charge of communication was very helpful and kind. It’s a perfect place!」

「BEST PROPERTY in FRANKLIN!!What an amazing property...never stayed in such a unique and well decorated VRBO until this home. The pool and outdoor patio is beautiful, with views of the green pasture and mature oak trees. We enjoyed Thursday Open Mic Night at Fox & Locke just 5 minutes away in Leipers Fork Village. Also convenient to Westhaven, only 6 minutes and Franklin is less than 10 minutes. Complimentary Black Car Service was fun for our trip to Fox & Locke. Definitely on our return trip...

「Communication was very good and the check in process was very easy. The cabin is obviously used for family members as in-law suite. There was a lot of brick of brack and mementos around the cabin. This left it as a VERY homey type feel and not as clean and rental like as most properties. We were also not comprehending that the water was not drinkable. That was our error for not thinking through the needs for drinking and cooking. However was a good place to disconnect with very good wifi.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property in Franklin. It is conveniently located to the historic downtown district and The Factory on a beautiful 15 acre estate near the Harpeth River. We experienced a minor issue but our host Amy was very gracious and did her best to satisfy our concerns.」

「The property was great! Our family enjoyed the cabin and the area! The check in was easy and the host very responsive! We would stay again!」
