“The perfect place for some well needed R&R. Enjoyed the hot tub and especially having Penns Creek right there. Unfortunately we came right after several days of heavy rain and didn’t get much fishing in (water was too rough). We did take a few short drives to the lakes in the area. My dog loved it and first time we saw her enjoy the water we will definitely come visit again in summer or fall. The mountains are beautiful in the fall. Thank you Bill and Mary for being such wonderful hosts. Oh and……

“We didn’t get to stay long as we just used the location to sleep during the Olympic Wrestling Trials in State College, but the cottage was clean and in a very nice secluded location. Would definitely stay again! The owners are also very responsive.”

“Matt warmly welcomed us to this spacious, immaculately maintained, beautiful riverside property. Everything we needed was provided. The modern kitchen was generously stocked. There were delightful towels and more in updated bathrooms plus comfy linens and beds, We enjoyed games for all ages, excellent wifi, and so much more. Walking and playing on the grounds in autumn air refreshed us. We highly recommend!”

“This was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. We were visiting family in the area and we were glad to have a nice place to stay that was clean and well furnished. It's located at the end of the street so it was quiet, which I appreciated for my 5 month old. Bonita was easy to communicate with during our stay. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area visiting family.”

“I love this place .. it’s private but convenient to all major stores like Walmart… grocery etc ..about 30-35 minutes .. check in process was a super breeze ..inside was fully equipped with everything you and your family will need .. very relaxing just sitting and watching the creek flow .. as a google world traveler.. “Very friendly B&B property with a separate treehouse about 100 yards from the main. Spring and summer will see it quite well obscured and secluded, while with the leaves off the trees a bit less so. Very well appointed treehouse with indoor plumbing! Fire pit and grill made for a very enjoyable evening and the breakfasts served in the main house were excellent.”

“Love the property, location was great, easy to navigate to all state parks in the area. Kitchen had just about everything you need. Tea pot would have been nice, and the knives need to be sharpened. Also the a little more information before arrival the garage Loft is an additional rental. Not a problem but knowing before one arrives would be nice. Do not mind doing some housekeeping before you leave, however asking to do a load of laundry before you leave I think should not be necessary when……

“Hiking weekend in this gorgeous area. Appreciated the hot shower, warm bed, fire ring and charcoal grille. Hosts were available but allowed us privacy to enjoy the beautiful river view. They even provided us a car shuttle when we needed it!. Will definitely stay here again.”
