“This property is better than shown in the pictures. The host, Yorie, is wonderful, friendly, attentive and responds to requests immediately. It was extremely hot when we were there and being able to cool off in the pool was perfect. The unit is immaculate and all the fits and finishes are top quality. We hope to return next year for two weeks and rent the second unit for our family on the second week. There are several great restaurants in the area, Paparazzi Pizza, Loose Cannon and Pillars @……

“We enjoyed our stay in these roomy apartments. We were 4 adults and so there was ample space and comfort. We needed to be close to the harbour and our sailboat, so these apartments were within easy walking distance to our boat and to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and shuttled us back to our boat with our luggage when we left. Would recommend these accommodations.”

“The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access ”

“Communication with management was easy and we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour including how to work the gate to the property, appliances, AC units and everything in between. The photos online do not do this property justice, it is gorgeous! The large living area opens with sliding glass doors on two sides on the balcony with seating and dining area, pool and view of Jolly Harbor. We had access to a pizza oven and grill as well as a full kitchen. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs,……

She was easy to communicate with, answered any questions, and just the sweetest to check on us throughout. The residence is impeccable, modern design, with everything needed. “First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). The location is beautiful with amazing views every day regardless of weather. The hillside spot provides cooling cross winds all day that also help keep the evening bugs at bay. “My husband and I and another couple stayed in your villa for two wonderful weeks. We first were staying in a villa very close to here but found we had rats…..yes rats after the first night. We spent two days trying to find somewhere else to stay and came across this villa. They very quickly cleaned the villa and got us in by 7pm that night. The villa is perfect for two couples. “This was our 5th trip to beautiful Jolly Harbor and definitely the best place we’ve rented so far. The owners answered all of our questions in a timely manner and they have a wonderful manager Jenny who greeted us and was available for anything that we needed during our visit. Everything has been updated and was very comfortable. It’s super close to the beach, everything is walkable but I would suggest renting a golf cart, it makes it that much better. At first we were taken aback by the location which seemed "way out somewhere" and then no air conditioning but soon fell in love with the home and grounds and the beautiful island breezes that flow throughout the home. We often laughed that to "turn on the A/C" was just to simply open the gorgeous mahogany shutters and let the breeze cool the house - it was so relaxing...what a gift! “We were at Shell Villa for 9 days with some friends and our infant son. The highlight of this property is its location and its views! Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. “The property is very tired and there were no pantry items not even salt and pepper. There was no phone for local calls, the tumble drier was broken and according to the cleaner had been waiting repair for a long time. Towels were clean but most were heavily stained and we had to ask for toilet rolls which were not replenished. The villa had not been cleaned, despite Covid regulations, before our arrival due to the managing agent Simone directing our taxi driver to the wrong property. We had……

“The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone.”
