「This apartment is in a great location and really beautiful inside. Spacious and perfect for a short getaway. The description listed many windows and skylights for great views - this was a main reason we booked here. The remote for the blinds didn’t have a battery in it and the blinds were closed so we couldn’t open them. We reached out to the property management company as directed multiple times - they said they would contact the local team and no one ever came. Also tried to purchase a battery...
