Location was great for us - 10min walking distance to downtown through the neighborhood with houses and apartments with most kept up with flowers and trimmed yards. Very quiet. 「We stayed here as a family. My kids loved it. There were board games to play and the house was nice. Parking was available on site, and we could walk to church street.The only downside of the location was that there were people smoking weed on the street almost anytime we walked anywhere, so it smelled pretty bad when we would walk places. I doubt this would be too different anywhere else in the city, but worth mentioning if you are visiting Burlingwith kids.」

「We considered spending more on a bigger place but were encouraged by the reviews. We were two couples and it was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy and the AC as cold as we needed it, a must for the hot nights. Parking convenient. Apartment clean. Pretty quiet at night aside from a few cars revving their engines. Would definitely recommend if you're planning to be out and about during your stay. 」
