「Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional. The carpet in the rooms was aborably dirty. When we spilt a little water from our cooler, we used a towel to clean it up. It came up black (not gray). 「Great value. It’s an older place but well kept. Comfortable firm bed. Clean open pool. Free convenient parking. Friendly staff. The breakfast included makes this place overall a great deal. Areas that you could improve are softer thicker towels, more complementary soap, and whoever is the maintenance guy needs to stop being lazy and tape off areas before painting or using caulking (yes I notice those things because I do those things right when I do it). 「This hotel was extremely dirty. The amount of hair built up on the baseboards in the bathrooms was unacceptable. Stains on the towels. No one has wiped anything down or mopped in 100 years. Pool was dirty, no lounge chairs and the jacuzzi was closed. -Probably for health and safety reasons. My family and I left immediately upon entering the room. We decided driving the extra hours home in the dead of night was worth it.」

「I have stayed in similar motels but this one was the worst experience ever. Old smelly / dirty carpet welcomes you upon entering the room. The bathroom looked like one of and abandon country house with rusty faucet and shower handles, wobbling toilet seat in short disgusting to say the least. The only positive aspect was the clean linen.」
