“We stayed here before and really the downtown location. Stay and staff were great. Breakfast pretty good for complementary. Small issue of difficulty finding a functional fridge on 3 tries, but management was kind enough to pick up the tab for valet parking as compensation for lost food, so I give them credit for that. I would stay at Hyatt, and this property, again.”

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for catching up on rest after a long day. I also appreciated the hotel’s downtown location, which made it easy to get around Tulsa. “The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and nice. She worked with us through phone calls and we were allowed to check in earlier than stated on the internet which helped us out tremendously. We plan to stay here again in the future.”

“The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great, clean, and spacious. My only complaint would be that the lighting could be better. The bulbs were a very white bright light. The rooftop bar was so fun and the bartenders were super friendly. This hotel is right in the heart of the city easy to walk around and close to a lot of restaurants.”
