Overall we had a great stay. Ended up with 10 in our group instead of 12 and felt like spacing with rooms and dining went well. Could feel crowded with more people in the dining area. The dining chairs seat cushions felt warn out, which was a space we used a lot. We could easily access the beach and surrounding activities. We enjoyed pickleball at Mike chapell park, boardwalk rides, jungle rapids for the kids. Enjoyed the CB bar and grill by the boardwalk and river view restaurant near fort fisher. We also got to see loggerhead turtles hatch on our last night!!

Enjoyed our stay

With enough room for our extended family to spread out, we buoyed our annual beach trip. The rooftop deck was an added bonus and was able to see the Carolina beach fireworks on Thursday night (and no scary booms for the small children)!

Family Summer Vacay Ages 5-72

Property is very nice and clean. Carpet and appliances seemed pretty new. Parking can be tight, especially if adjoining house is occupied. We were able to park 4 cars without issue. There were 15 of us and we were able to spread out nicely or come together to hang out. No "green space" outside. Steps are steep, in case anyone has difficulty in that area. Crows nest on the roof has great views. Had a great time!

Great Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and house were great for 8 adults. Due to the shotgun style of the house, the living room and kitchen are a little cramped if all 8 people try to use the living room or kitchen at the same time. Other than that, the house was very spacious and allowed for privacy amongst the guests. Re: COVID safety and health. This property was great in terms of cleanliness. When you enter, the sheets and towels were packaged in plastic wrap so you need to put your own sheets on the bed. I loved this as we felt that our health and safety was prioritized along with the workers who clean our linens and the house. After the stay, you put the used linens into yellow bags for pick up for the workers to minimize contact with used linens.It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and the views from the top of the house are amazing, unobstructed 360 degree views.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and all our guests slept comfortably. The only issue was one of the upstairs showers was clogged with hair and sand when we first arrived. Made me wonder if the shower was cleaned before we arrived because I'm sure they would have noticed it not draining.
