Beautiful new townhouse in the heart of Downtown Wilmington! View of the one tree hill bridge from the porch, 5 minute walk to downtown, 15 minute drive to the beach! One car garage with driveway and multiple shared spaces.



The Space:

This spacious 3 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse can sleep up to 8 people. All furnishings and linens are brand new. Some other amenities include

-RARE! One car garage- another space available in driveway and multiple shared spaces

-Free (and fast) Wifi

-Primary bedroom has a king bed

-Secondary bedrooms have queen beds

The home was very nice. Aside from one of the bedrooms not having a television we enjoyed our stay. The host was amazing and very attentive with quick responses to all questions and concerns. I enjoyed my morning walks and felt safe with the surroundings. I’d definitely recommend this home for a family vacation.
