Winter Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay at this beautiful cabin! It was tucked away and private, but still very close to all the activities we had planned. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 and we would highly recommend this to any large group!

Relaxing in the Mountains

The house and property was exactly what we were looking for to relax and recharge while exploring the Adirondacks. There was room to spread out, cook and eat meals together, relax in the hot tub and by the fire.

Nice Stay

The house was super nice, clean, and fun. It has a hot tub that was super fun. Every room was neat and clean, no complains. It was well decorsted and has a nice fireplace. I love this place so much ans reccomnd it. 10/10 would stay here again.

So pretty

With a gorgeous view of Whiteface, this house lives up to the listing. It is spacious, clean and has a nice flat yard for kids. There are plenty of bathrooms and a nice screened in porch for bug free eating.

Very nice winter getaway

It's the second time we rent this cottage for the winter schoolbreak and it's perfect for our group of three families. Nice view of Whiteface from the spa, big table for dining and playing board games, very good linen for sleeping. The house was sparkling clean and well furnished. The very big mud room is pretty convenient.

Spectacular mountain views

Beautiful, spacious home on a gorgeous property. The lower level was ideal for our grand kids to hang out. Screened porch, fire pit, hot tub, large dining table, frolicking deer in the yard ...all made it an ideal place for our family of 11 to get together for our once a year reunion! Easy drive to Lake Placid.

Best house we have stayed in in this region.

This is a great house and great property, big and private and the view is beautiful . Everything is very clean. We all loved the big mudroom in the entryway to drop our wet stuff. The fireplace inside was very cozy. The whole house is cozy. My only recommendation is to consider a queen/king bed in the basement as right now there are two twin beds and two bunk beds, which is great for kids, but not so great for adults/ couples. We will definitely book again.

Thanksgiving

Our family of three generations celebrated Thanksgiving in this spacious home. Home was spacious for 9 of us with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. Each morning we were greeted with deer and beautiful views of Whiteface. Loved the fireplace and hot tub. The mudroom was perfect - gave ample space to store coats, boots, etc. would definitely consider returning. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Serenity

Lovely. Our grandchildren as well as their parents loved the location with its proximity to nature. They loved the deer transitioning through the meadow or coming to eat apples which had fallen from the tree in the corner. Great nature walks followed by an evening fire in the fireplace and popcorn as part of family time. Just the right distance from Lake Placid with a beautiful drive to get there. We would most definitely do this again.

Nice cabin but really buggy and not centrally air conditioned

The house itself was very nice. Upon check-in, we realize there was no air conditioning in the central areas and it made for a difficult time. The air conditioners worked great in the bedrooms. It was very buggy and we weren’t expecting it to be so much.

Beautiful Property

The property is so close to so many great hikes including White Face Mountain. The home was beautiful and had enough space for my party of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed the large plot of land it was on as well.
