No worries about making the ferry at South Port if one stays here In Wilmington. This is a comfortable, well-furnished home in walking distance to the river-side attractions. Parking,WiFi and thoughtful touches make one look forward to a return visit.

We are so happy we chose to stay at The Palm House. It was exactly how it was described, and better. The location was great and the entry / exit plus check-in was simple and easy. We brought three cars and easily accommodated all three. Great communication from beginning to end. 12 Thumbs Up for the six of us. We felt welcomed !

The location was nice and close to downtown river area. The house was comfortable for the number of people we had in our group. Does seem like there is a little maintenance that has been deferred for a little too long. The age of the house gives it some amazing character a d charming feel. Thank you for the use of your place.

I have zero complaints about the property. The only thing I would suggest is letting people know it is right in the middle of the flight path for the airport. The ear plugs were a nice touch.

The property was exactly as described, clean and spacious with a lovely front porch which we used mornings and nights. One thing you do not see in the photos is that the 3 bedrooms are separated so you are not on top of each other and feel like you have privacy. Location to downtown Wilmington was a few blocks away so we walked everywhere which was a plus. Highly recommend this property. 😁

Our stay at the Palm House could not have been better. The house is so cute, so much character. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths suited our needs so well. The house is set up for comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. We were so relaxed our entire stay. It is very walkable to downtown. We walked to the convention center, great restaurants, and museums. I highly recommend this fantastic property!

Quaint and spacious property with just the right amenities for our group. A few small items need attention, such as batteries in remotes, but those are easily fixable. Beds were extremely comfortable, and sheets and towels are top quality. A newer sofa in the living room would be an excellent upgrade. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again!
