“My husband and I traveled with our two children to Wilmington for 5 days. This property was a perfect location within walking distance to everything including the restaurants, riverwalk and children’s museum. The home is old but kept up with well. We needed more towels when we arrived and Steve answered immediately and had them delivered along with water, milk, and paper products within an hour. Parking was great off the street and partially covered. Entry to unit was simple. We couldn’t figure……

“We stopped for only one night, but I wish we would have been able to stay for the week. It was clean, and the size was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable and the location could not have been better! Quiet at night and only a few blocks from the River Walk. Will definitely stay again. “The room was small (which we knew), however, it was clean (we walked around barefoot), private, had all of the necessities and we would stay there again. It served its purpose, a very comfortable place to lay your head. The mattress, was on point- which is hard to find when renting. It does have low ceilings, but at 6’0”, I was fine and stayed aware- didn’t even have to lower my head in the shower… that was amazing. ”
