「The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. 「The location was perfect. I got a parking ticket for being 5 minutes late placing the parking pass in the window. We arrived early and paid to park but the parking lot guard had no mercy. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. But the place clean with a great view. Elevators were fast.」
