「Great property and great location. We selected a 1-bed apartment-style room. It was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace for ambience, but it doesn't really produce warmth. The property had activities throughout the day and open firepit areas in the evening that was enjoyable. Location is right at the start of the uptown Sedona area in walking distance to all the shops.」

「Unbelievably good value. Great location in Village of Oakcreek. I've stayed several times and the room has always been clean and the staff friendly. You can certainly pay far more in Sedona if you like, but this place is hard to beat for the price and convenience. The least expensive rooms have a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee maker - so bring your own instant coffee!」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
