“This was the CUTEST place. Such a hidden gem with a great convenient location with walkable restaurants. It was so clean and the check in process was smooth. There is a cute courtyard that is fun and cozy with some yard games that were entertaining to everyone! Parking is available on site. Kitchen was stocked with dishes which made our nights in so easy. I have already recommended this place to so many people and will stay here again for my next Nashville trip!”

“The apartment is very nice and very well appointed. Actually, I would reserve it again. The problem was that the code for entering did not arrive on time. And I was not able to get it resolved with the phone contact provided until the next day. Had to go to a hotel the first night When booking, make sure you get the code ahead of time. “The rental was cute, clean spacious had thoughtful amenities like a clothes steamer which saved me to get ready for an event that I was attending. Nice lighting the balcony was quaint as well. My only complaint was that there wasn’t creamer and shower soap which was minimal. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again.”

“What a great stay. The Carriage House is steps away from Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont. And we were able to easily walk to the Gulch and even downtown. There are also a few cafes and shops just a couple of blocks out the door which really contributed to that neighborhood feel. The apartment itself is spacious, well maintained, comfortable and very nicely stocked with all the amenities you could need. Laundry too is a plus. Thanks so much -- we'd love to return to the Carriage House next……

“Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't……

"Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price."
