This two-bedroom condo + loft, 1033 square-foot is tucked away in the charming Westbank area. Conveniently located in between the town of Jackson and Teton Village, this unit is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The open floor plan and multiple sleeping options accommodate various guests and occasions. Whether you chose to enjoy the mountain views from the private balcony or curled up by the fireplace, Larkspur 1223 is a relaxing retreat for your Jackson Hole vacation.

This home is nestled in the Aspens, a neighborhood conveniently situated between picturesque Grand Teton National Park and the charming town of Jackson. In winter months, the renowned Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a mere ten minute drive or START Bus ride away. Come summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the national park is just a short five-mile jaunt away. Additionally, relish the convenience of having a variety of shops, restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a quaint local market right at the entrance to The Aspens. Your dream Wyoming getaway awaits!

While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Nevertheless, thanks to our elevated location and the temperate mountain climate, you'll discover that indoor temperatures can be managed effectively by following the guidelines outlined in the guest portal provided upon booking.

House was clean and plenty of space for sleeping. Kitchen, although a tight area, was stocked with a lot of small appliances and pots and pans. The location was awesome. We had a fox and a couple moose walk through our parking area every evening. Right off of the Moose Wilson Rd too which we enjoyed driving everyday to look for animals. Check in was easy and Outpost does a great job of communicating all of the info we needed.

I stayed here with a group of my girlfriends and the place was perfect. We all had a comfortable place to sleep and hangout. It was in a perfect location. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and over to Persephone bakery for coffee in the mornings. I would 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay at Larkspur 1223! The unit was clean and comfortable and the location was super convenient. We appreciated the Snake River coffee and donut holes that welcomed us upon arrival. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier and the communication from the host was perfect. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and loved that we could walk to the Aspen market and Persephone West Bank Coffee too!

Cozy Condo with good location for winter activities

The condo is very well located between Teton Village and Jackson and great for a ski trip. We were a group of 4 friends and the space was adequate for us. Some small improvements would be to have better lights in bedrooms (with the ones there you could verily see things), a newer TV and updated utensils. Good overall stay.

Moose sighting!

We enjoyed our stay in this area. Rental was fairly clean, utensils were not and most of them needed to be washed before we used them. Other than that, good stay! And we loved seeing 2 moose in the parking lot right by our truck!

Cozy in the Aspens

Enjoyed the stay. Family plans had changed so was just me. If you enjoy being out and about you’ll love the area and have a nice place to relax in the evenings. Spent most of my time hiking and enjoying exploring the Tetons and surrounding area.

We had a welcoming committee of a mom moose and her twins. The place is located close to Teton Valley. It's also close to Jackson. Communication was excellent with the host. Would stay there again.

Great location for Grand Teton and Jackson Hole Adventures

Our family loved our stay. The Outpost was great to work with, communicated well, and the location was perfect for our adventures in the Grand Tetons and really close to Jackson.

Below average Vrbo property-safety & health issues

I've stayed in Vrbo properties in the past and found this to be twice the price and half the value of previous stays. This is the first time I've not given a 5 star review. There were numerous housekeeping issues that need to be addressed such as: sheets didn't fit the queen size bed, need to repair the silverware drawer, the outside entrance light doesn't work, the foyer light doesn't work, the ceiling light/fan in the upstairs bedroom doesn't work, the wall receptacle in the downstairs bedroom fell out of the wall and shocked the person trying to use it, the oven light needs to be replaced and the grill was filthy. Housekeeping/maintenance personnel need to pay more attention to detail.

Fantastic place to stay for skiing in Jackson Hole

Great place to stay for a group of 6, parking is easy and only a short 10 min drive to the resort, 15 min to Jackson Hole, and 30 to the airport. Very clean and super responsive host, 10/10 would stay again.

Great place to stay, close to everything

This house was in the perfect spot. Away from the busyness of Jackson Hole but just close enough. House was spacious and clean. Have everything you needed for your stay. When I booked the rental, I completely screwed up and thought I booked it two nights. The next day we were out motorcycling with no service most of the day. The office called and when I was finally somewhere with service (in Yellowstone), they were very understandable and worked with me to get our belongings. Housekeeping gathered all of our belongings and placed it in a secure location that was easy for us to pick up. It was very much appreciated!! I definitely recommend staying at the Larkspur!

Wilson Aspens Condo

We were thrilled to be able to find a condo at a reasonable price when we switched our vacation plans from Yellowstone to Tetons at the last minute. The condo was perfect for us four adults. It could use a few minor repairs and brighter lighting in the living room. We were however pleased with the condo and made good use of the washer and dryer. We even saw a moose nearby.
