Oasis in the Hill Country

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay here! Perfect location-close to town but still very private. Impeccably decorated and clean. We had so much fun playing pickleball and using the coffee bar. The fireplace was so relaxing and beds were comfortable. The only downside was that our stay was too short! 2 days is not enough time ! Also loved seeing deer and turkeys.

What A Time!

The entire home and property was amazing. There is something to do for everybody, so many activities, and the communication with the hosts was above and beyond. We definitely plan on coming back! Thank you for a great family vacation.

Adult Retreat

I enjoyed the spacious seclusion of the Gathering with several friends. We appreciated the beds and bathrooms, as the accommodations were great for us adults. Taking walks around the area, using the hot tub, and stargazing were all perfect outdoor activities. The table was large enough to accommodate all of us at meals and relax in the common spaces. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful space.

Favorite Stay for Large Group

Our stay at The Gathering was nothing short of phenomenal! We were there with our middle and high school group from Acton Academy CyFair, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The property is surrounded by nature, with deer and wild turkeys frequently visiting, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were perfect for a restful night's sleep, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with utensils and cookware for all our cooking needs. It is huge and accommodated multiple cooks at one time. We loved the many activities available, including pickleball, basketball, and the pool and hot tub. The yard games added an extra layer of fun for both kids and adults. It was the perfect setting for everyone to unwind and bond. Overall, it was one of the nicest vacation properties I've ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. Our children and adults had an absolute blast and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
