Pleasant new ecological house located 100 m from the sea in a quiet area and set back from the traffic.
It is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Wimereux, close to Boulogne sur Mer, in the unique site of Les Deux Caps, starting point of many strolls.
The house sleeps 6 persons and is composed of 2 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. There is a bedding area in the Mezzanine with a 160 cm high quality sofa-bed.
On each floor, there is a bathroom and a toilet (with an independent downstairs toilet). There is an open plan kitchen opening onto the living room and the garden where you can cook with high quality utensils. The decoration is refined and the comfortable fittings should allow the holidaymakers to have a pleasant stay.
The gîte boasts of a fenced parking place for a vehicle and a storage room for water activities equipment, bikes or other things.
A nice and fully fenced garden will wait for you when you’ll come back from the beach or to relax.
The town centre is 5 min by foot and boasts of all the shops and necessary amenities for a perfect stay and to find tasty local products. There are many tourist activities in the surrounding area: Naausica Centre National de la Mer, Cap Blanc Nez, Cité Internationale de la Dentelle and Station voile du Boulonnais.
The owner is State-certified in water sports so he can guide you and/or supervise when you’ll practice different activities.
Motorway A16 at the gates and at the outskirts of the town.

The property is situated on the outskirts of Wimereux, a small seaside town near Boulogne, in a quiet residential street with its own secluded garden with easy parking for one vehicle. It's a short walk to the seafront and to Rue Carnot with its many shops and restaurants. The interior is spacious, bright, comfortable and was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. Booking and communication with the owner was efficient and hassle free. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this holiday rental. Merci beaucoup Vincent.

We liked the house very much. Everything you can imagine is present in the house. Outside is plenty of room to sit and relax. The beach and avenue is very near the house. To learn more of Wimereux it's nice to walk "La Balade des villas". Beside above it's nice to visit villages and beaches like Berck, Berck-Plage, Boulogne-sur-mer (Notre Dame Boulogne and Le Delice Du Palais), Audinghen, Tardinghen, Cap Blanc Nez and Cap Cris Nez. Thanks to the owners of the house that we had the oppertunity to visit the Opal Coast for the third time. Greetings Karin and Wim

Wir waren zu dritt zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nahe am Zentrum und an der Promenade aber abseits des Durchgangsverkehrs. Es hat alles gepasst: Gute Betten, umfangreiche Ausstattung und immer schnelle Reaktion von Vincent, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.

Das Haus ist toll. Ruhige Lage, schöne Ausstattung, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Ausstattung von Geschirr und Besteck war toll. Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls eher ruhig. Strand in der Nähe. Ein sehr kleiner Ort mit allem nötigsten vor Ort. Wenn es uns wieder in die Region zieht würden wir sofort wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Alles in allem wieder eine tolle Zeit in Wimereux. Nur von der Baustelle wußten wir nichts, was zeitweise dazu führte, dass wir mit dem Auto nicht auf das Grundstück fahren konnten. Darüber hinaus haben wir trotz der vielen Kanäle keinen einzigen deutschen gefunden (wenigstens ARD oder ZDF). Wir finden nicht, dass man erwarten kann, dass alle Gäste einen Account bei Netflix & Co. haben. Was aber auch nicht bedeuten würde, dass man deutsche Info-Sendungen sehen kann.

Que du bonheur dans cette magnifique villa parfaitement conforme à la description. Rien ne manque. Chaleureuse, décorée avec goût, lumineuse, confortable bien pensée, propre et au calme. Appareils ménager haut de gamme. Jardin et parking appréciés. Wimereux avec ses beaux coucher de soleil est un joli port d’attache pour visiter cette superbe région. Nous reviendrons. Enchantés de notre séjour un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Maison très bien située, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Notre rencontre avec le propriétaire était très agréable. Nous étions 4 dont 1 enfant et 1 ado : cohabitation facile dans cette grande maison. La région est juste magnifique. Nous sommes extrêmement ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour découvrir la région (Calais, Boulogne sur Mer, Wimereux, Berck, les 2 CAPS gris nez et blanc nez, etc.
