「Had a great time with our family of 7 adults and 2 kiddos. To be transparent, totally booked this place for the awesome backyard and the bedroom to bathroom ratio. The interior decor is NOT my taste but we were rarely inside. Not far from all the wineries and just remote enough for us. Had a little issue with the A/C in part of the house so hopefully it will be rectified by the time another guest arrives. Wish there’s been more plastic selections of plates/bowls for outside, but other than that...

「Simon was a wonderful host -- great communication and hospitality. The grounds and avocado and citrus groves are so beautiful and peaceful, and the views from the cottage all around are striking. Simon gave us a description of the grounds and we had little walks with our pup through the groves, picking up a ripe orange or avocado here and there. Delicious. Fresh morning orange juice. Grapefruit too. He truly has a special place.」

「Nice casita! Very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. The refrigerator was handy as well as the coffee pot which has a dual feature — a regular full size coffee pot and a single cup pod if you want to use that instead. It also includes a full size microwave and toaster oven. It was nice and quiet. Elizabeth the host was quick to respond to any questions. Great little place to stay. Highly recommend!」

「Home is very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of activities to stay occupied, board games, movies, cornhole, pool table, darts but my absolute favorite, sitting on the back porch with my cup of coffee watching the farm animals. The home, property is beautiful and the host is attentive and welcoming . My family and I loved it and would definitely stay here again.」

「The views!!! Beautiful views. Very comfortable. A little outdated imo, could be freshened up a bit. The manager was wonderful. Responded quickly, check in was easy, kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you would need if you were cooking there. I would definitely come back again. 」

「The property was the perfect accommodations for my family and friends during our weekend getaway to wine country. It was able to sleep all of us comfortably, and both the oversized couch in the living room and outdoor pool were able to fit everyone with room to spare! Watching the sun set over the Fallbrook valley from the backyard was one of my favorite memories from this trip. The property manager was really responsive and tended to all of our requests and questions too. Highly recommend this...
