“Such a lovely home, Wayne was easy to reach and quick to respond! We celebrated our daughter’s wedding on Saturday at Monadnock State Park (about 20 minute drive) and had a lovely dinner the night before, there was plenty of room for all of us! Would definitely stay there again!”

The wood stove/ fireplace works like a charm and is well controlled with detailed instructions found in the guestbook. I really loved all the books, so many great selections. ”

“Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want. I kayaked everyday exploring the shoreline and watching for birds. The cottage was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and an assortment of chairs and couches were available for lounging, viewing the……

“We had a very nice stay at this rental. It is a second and third floor combined apartment. It is older, but clean, and very homey. The stairs up to the apartment are a little difficult to navigate so be aware of that, but there is a back entrance up the deck stairs that were much easier. We had a small blip with the smoke detector and James was very responsive in getting that taken care of for us. I would not hesitate to rent hereagain, so I guess that is the best recommendation. ”
