We really enjoyed our stay in the Lake District, the property was conveniently located in town in Windermere close to the train station where you could take buses to other towns on the lake. We had amazing hikes and saw beautiful views in old English towns. The property was comfortable but the landing on the upper floor has multiple levels right outside the bedroom and bathroom doors which was concerning with children.
