"Do not be taken away by the word “Boutique “ There is nothing boutique about this hotel except the fantastic helpful staff. I arrived tired and they didn’t have access to my reservation because of the system, had to email receipt of payment, the whole process took 30min because their system was slow and they kept checking inn people who booked from other Plataforms first. "The staff were so helpful and organised a quick local tour for us as we were only briefly in Windhoek. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner was very elegant but rather ‘haute cuisine’ great for a celebration meal - we enjoyed our plates but prefer to have some more simple dishes on the menu."

"Stayed at the hotel for six nights whilst working in the city. Got to know the staff very well. They're very friendly and provide a great service. The hotel may not have the infrastructure of a four star hotel but the service is definitely there. Rates are also in little high for the country but affordable. It would be nice if they provided more TV channels and upgraded some of the decor."
