「The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel.」

「Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

「The location is good, a quiet villa resort in the city center. A 5-7 mins walk to Starbucks, McDonald’s and many other restaurants if you don’t want to dine in the hotel. The staff is helpful! We had a female staff walked us to our villa as it was a bit far and showed us the room facility and etc, she was very friendly! 」

「住宿最緊要清潔、安靜。早餐也很豐富，值得贊賞」

「Quiet, high ended hotel. Staffs are friendly and patient. Very closed to Hong Kong boarder. Very nice buffet !」

「Room clean & spacious for the price, but location is quite isolated.」

「The room is excellent and clean, amenities were superb however the WiFi is quite slow and the electricity sockets were so tight as my adapter can’t fit in.」
