"The Langham Shenzhen delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything felt top notch, not only in the overall quality of the hotel but also in the small details that make a stay feel polished and effortless. The staff were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, well spoken, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were spotless, elegant, and very comfortable, with the refined, luxurious atmosphere you would expect from a Langham property. The food options were also excellent, with plenty of high-quality choices available. The location is very convenient, and the gym was one of the better hotel gyms I have used—well equipped, clean, and pleasant to spend time in. Overall, a very polished and luxurious stay with excellent service. I would happily stay here again."

"We had an amazing stay with our 10 month old and this hotel is definitely baby friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and had complete amenities for everything we needed for our short stay and even gave an amenity kit for our baby. The staff were so friendly and accommodated all our requests, and went out of their way to find English speaking staff to translate when they were unable to understand us. Our baby absolutely loved the play room and pool and even enjoyed the breakfast buffet where they gave him his own utensils and toys to keep. I would also like to commend the pool lifeguard, housekeeping, and front desk staff as I lost a very precious gold and diamond bracelet and it was found and returned to me through their coordination. Location is also very convenient as it's beside a mall and complex with restaurants, a supermarket, and even rides for kids."
