「Breakfast 👍👍👍」

「very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended」

「Overall very good, also not far from Train station」

「Beautiful property, wonderful staff and food, lots of goodies included in your stay even with the lowest room fare.」

「An old hotel but the location is very nice and convenient for visiting around Windsor.」

「I left a belonging and I emailed to get it returned and I received no reply.」

「Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel.」

「Staff」

「Generally we were happy with location parking and communication. However the flat could do with a refresh. The walls need painted and the bathrooms had a lot of mold. The place looked old and tired, however it was spacious and comfortable. Coat hooks and a mat for wet shoes would be helpful」
