Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, but this was far beyond what is reasonable. The condition of the room made our stay genuinely unpleasant, and we would not stay here again.

Great flat. Convenient, clean, comfortable, nice amenities. Check-in was a little bumpy; need to improve communications w new bookings.

Was expecting a compact room but this was an actual box. Literally no where to put anything. Was expecting at least a coat hook. No access to a hairdryer with extra payment. The most dry and awful air conditioning with no control. Mouldy shower. Noise from other rooms toilets flushing was like a Jet flying over. So confined - just no.
