「We stayed at Hampden Apartments as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, which was excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, everything else fell well below expectations. Communication from the host was virtually non-existent. Despite the listing stating that check-in instructions would be sent by email, I received nothing after booking and none of my messages through Expedia or calls to the provided mobile number were answered....

「Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. 」

「There was not hot water in the apartment since the time we checked in, when complained they checked next day and mentioned hot water was set on winter settings they said that was changed next day but we didn't had any hot water on day 2 either. Day 3 morning we got hot water but when we used bath the bath tub plug got stuck there was no chain attached to the plug to pull it. So only one person was able to take bath on day 3 which was our check out day. All this was very annoying experience after...
