「Close to airport 」

「位于机场五号航站楼，去市区可以坐火车快车去London Paddington Station伦敦市中心，15分钟一班很方便。这个宾馆作为旅行落脚点不错，其他就无所谓了。」

「2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. 」

「What impressed me the most was their staff. The front desk was professional and helpful suggesting different types of transportation to my destination (I think his name was Keith). The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food, the staffs were also extremely professional and attentive. 」

「The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.」

「Had a great stay once again, food was good, staff were very helpful. Would be ideal if they had a small fridge in the room as we were there a couple of nights but it wasnt a show stopper. Some lovely parks nearby for walks.」

「The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.」

「I was in the annex rooms upstairs. The guy in the room beside me was on his phone on hands free from 12:30pm until 1:30am and I could hear his full conversation with his wife. The walls are just too thin. I could hear him going to the toilet at night also. - Try to get a room inside the actual hotel would be my advice.」

「A short 1 night trip away the beautiful grounds of this hotel took our breathe away, we really felt we were in the middle of the countryside and the lovely river flowing around only added to this. Our room in the main section was a little small BUT modern, all recently refurbed with underfloor bathroom heating and a lovely comfortable bed and absolutely perfect for our short trip - any more than 3 nights and you'd probably run out of space. 「There were stains on the bedspread provided. No towels were provided even upon request with the excuse that none had been delivered. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me. I had booked 2 nights but I had to leave after 1 night because we just couldn’t take it anymore. I had to look for and book another hotel.」

「We had a fantastic stay for my birthday at Danesfield House Hotel and Spa and the team went above and beyond for the special occasion organising a free room upgrade, plus chocolates & a birthday card in the room. We hadn't been for a few years & I had forgotten what a lovely hotel this is, definitely a great choice for a special, luxurious stay & all the staff provide excellent service. 」
