「very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended」

「Breakfast 👍👍👍」

「Overall very good, also not far from Train station」

「The environment was good, everything was nice except that they close the aircon at mignight.」

「Excellent and great breakfast」

「Superb apartment very good location far enough away from noise close enough to walk to centre. Apartment could fo with a little TLC. To bring back up to superb throughout. Overall a great stay」

「Outstanding service and incredibly friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!」

「An old hotel but the location is very nice and convenient for visiting around Windsor.」

「This is my 2nd visit to this lovely hotel, it’s nice, clean and perfect location. The staff are lovely.」

「Close to Slough station, but very noise from the train. The service is really bad, we paid GBP200 for deposit, after 2 months and chasing many time, the deposit still not refund yet. also the apartment owner is very rude and keep ignoring us. there are few apartments nearby, if you want a happy memory, better not packing this.」

「Too bad」

「Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...
