We had a volleyball tournament and had to move to this hotel from a really bad experience! Tonie at the front desk was soooo helpful and made sure our room was ready fast so our kids can shower before the tournament! Highly recommend this hotel !

The front desk manager in the evening was rude. A her, I reported problems with my room she apologized but I said she didn't have too, it's not her fault, I paid over 600$ for two nights, my room didn't match up with the photos on line my room looked a motel room, I claimed explain my situation she didn't even look me in the face like was interested in my problems I reported a big Stan on the rug nasty black or purple stain on the rug I reported it the woman said she the manager is going to contact me when she comes in the afternoon to give me credit or something she never got back to me the same manager don't her name a short heavy set white female. And I was very respectful to her with my problem and no good customer service from thank you.

Hotel adds $50 “incidental” fee and says it comes off after the stay. But I don’t know if it will be removed. Bill included $20 room service that we did not order. We think a bunch of girls having a pageant ordered food to random rooms, grabbed the food, and let us pay. Front desk did not know how to correct it. So we don’t know if the charge will be removed. Disappointing service.

Couch and couch pillows covered with animal hair. Be cautious of the food from the restaurant. I would order out. My daughter and I both got sick off the food. Staff was friendly.

We did not have a door for the bathroom which was very uncomfortable for a family of 4. There was just a cloth shower curtain that barely covered the entrance.

I liked the room, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Also liked to be able to use my Netflix account. Maybe make it available to use more than one streaming service?. The place was really clean which I liked. Easy check in and check out. And close enough to the airport to make it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked my stay online and did not get a confirmed reservation email. Therefore I rebooked at the same hotel from the airport (late arrival)to assure I’d have a place to stay. I was charged twice for one night stay! I am entitled to 1 night credit due to poor advance practices.

Nice hotel , never got my deposit back and the room was exactly how I got it when I checked out. overall nice experience but they ask for incidental charge just to not give it back.

Front desk wasn’t very friendly while checking in, the bar staff were extremely rude. It took them 26 minutes to acknowledge me. I was just waiting to place a to go order and have a drink. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
