Step inside this open, airy 4 bedroom 3 bath home and prepare to relax!!! Upgraded and open kitchen, connects to all living spaces with full view of the pool and Foothills, surrounded by trees giving you total privacy. We've stocked the kitchen with Calphalan pans and dishes for the chef. For the bartender in the house get ready to uncork that bottle of wine or mix a cocktail at the beautiful hand carved rosewood bar. Head outside to grab a lemon, tangerine or lime from our cocktail grove, when in season to mix the perfect drink.

Ready for a game night? We've got you covered at the kitchen table that easily seats 8. You'll find puzzles, games and a complete poker set.

Downstairs, there's a completely remodeled bathroom with full shower and guest room with queen bed. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king size pillow top bed and upgraded master bath, another updated bathroom and two more guest rooms with queen sized beds. If you need to get some work done while on vacation, the master and a guest bedroom both upstairs, have designated work spaces.

Step outside and you'll know you're in wine country with a spacious, private, park like yard surrounded by trees complete with pool and spa. A covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and bar seating. A separate dining patio with a trellised bamboo feature wall for that bistro dining feel and a brand new patio dining table that seats 8+. Relax by the the free standing, natural gas fireplace with glass inset and enjoy your favorite glass of wine. Play a game of Corn Hole on the large grassy area or just have a seat in the Adirondack Chair to read that book you've been meaning to read.

Our location doesn't get much better. An abundance of wineries including Rodney Strong Vineyards, J Vineyards & Aperture Cellars are just seven minutes from our front door as is Russian River Brewing company and many other craft breweries. Visit downtown Windsor just 5 minutes away with restaurants, shops, Thursday night concerts & Movie nights in summer, wine tasting and Farmer's Market. While you're there stop in Olivers Market for all your picnicking supplies, including a wide selection of gourmet cheeses, charcuterie and delicious sandwiches & prepared items. Healdsburg - home to many fine restaurants and wine tasting rooms is a mere 10 minutes away.

For outdoor enthusiasts we've got something for everyone. Walk right out our back gate to over 211 acres of hiking or fishing in Foothill Regional Park or connect up to hundreds of miles of biking paths through vineyards and hillsides. There are two tennis courts directly behind us. The Russian River, Armstrong Woods, Bodega Bay and dozens of Regional Parks for hiking, fishing and kayaking are all close by.
