Il manquait quelques items ( vestes de sauvetage , machine à café, draps pour lit pliant, bonbonne de propane) et avons dû communiquer (un peu trop) souvent avec les gestionnaires, mais avons eu des réponses rapides et la résolution de nos problèmes. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.”

“We spent Easter at the Jackrabbit and had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the area which was great for our multigenerational family and dog. The chalet is very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We especially loved watching the neighbourhood from the dinning area (as did our dog). We talked about going back in a different season.”

“We recently stayed for three nights at this cabin (two adults, two teens and a dog) for a ski trip. As some others have indicated, the main area/first floor is small. The pictures show a sectional but when we visited there was only one couch and it is only big enough for 3 people so one of us had to sit on a chair to watch TV. The bedrooms (1 private room with a door, other bed is in loft area) are very good size. I would not recommend for families with small children or anyone with mobility……

“Je voudrais mettre 4.5 etoiles mais ce n'est pas possible. Donc j'ai mis 4 etoiles car il manque 2 ou 3 petites choses pour etre parfait, comme un etendoir a serviettes dans la salle de bains, un miroir en pied, le lit un peu plus large et des poeles en meilleur condition. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise en disposition d'un ventilateur dans la chambre, le confort du matelas, la table et les fauteuils sur la terrasse, les blocs freezer dans le congélateur et la disponibilité immediate de……
