「I loved that we got to have an ocean view! It’s a must if you’re booking here- and the ocean is a short walk out the door. It was so nice to have the slider open to listen to the waves. Surf and Sand is right on the main road, and also a paved walkway between the property and ocean (with vegetation to walk through). The paved walkway is a great way to walk as well as the pathways in the vegetation along the ocean. Fort Bragg was a great place to stop for a couple of days bc of the location,...

「Lovely inn and wonderful staff. We had an issue and they were very responsive to make sure it was addressed.」

「We had quick stay for a family wedding, managed to catch the live music on the patio great time friendly people! Drinks were amazing too :) There was a minor incident at the bar, and it was handled in the most appropriate manner. Excellent job Bar staff!」

「Beautiful restored building and hallways with high ceilings. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.」

「Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.」
