(which Stayz suggested I do)- Providing essential check in details in the week leading up to booking so the guest can prepare for trip ahead eg Outline whether keys or pincode will be needed to……

“Loved everything about our stay - friendly horses, gorgeous kelpie (hello Tim), birdlife, the pub nearby for food, lovely hosts and the evening an echidna sauntered past the cottage.”

“We had a very relaxing weekend at the stables. The accommodation was really comfortable. We went for wonderful walks around the property visiting the beautiful horses accompanied by Snoopy the friendly dog. We enjoyed a picturesque sunset down at the dam and after dinner sat around the fire pit under the stars. Such a pretty part of the world. Peter was really helpful and it was nice to meet him and Michelle the morning we departed. Thanks for sharing your fabulous home with us. ”
