New home with lots of open spaces, 4 big rooms with comfortable beds, 1 sofa bed in upstairs loft, 3 full bathrooms, living room with 75" smart TV and reclining L-shaped sofa set, full kitchen with stove oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

Outdoor space includes a Big deck 500 sq ft with gazebo, sofa set, dining table with barbeque - everything for a relaxed family vacation or reunions in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Please be considerate and respectful towards our neighbors, noise complaints can result in fines/removal. Rest of backyard not included. Smoking allowed on deck only, no smoking inside, no loud parties.

The property is beautiful and very well taken care of. There are good amenities offered by the hosts, and they are very responsive, usually within 30 mins I would get a response from them.I would say the only issue we had were the fact that we were not made aware through the property listing or communications that there would be a basement suite guest at the same time as our stay. We were staying at the property for a bachelorette party (with previous approval), and while there were only 7 of us and we were quiet enough that neighbours in other properties would not have even known, we unfortunately did disturb the basement suite guest. We tried to keep it quieter after they came to chat with us, so hopefully all was okay after that.

The house is huge and very nice. The communication with the host was great, and there was so much space it was great for our crew. The amenities are seriously lacking though. Barely any plates or cutlery or anything. If you want to use the kitchen you’ll have to bring all your own supplies. No paper towels anywhere. Minimal towels as well. They also expected me to do all the cleaning myself which I did not really expect as the listing did not state that beforehand. There is another separate rental in the basement, which a family with a young child was there and they started banging on the door at 9pm yelling at us to keep it down, which we were told quiet times were from 10pm-7am and we were just walking around and talking so just beware i guess there is not a good sound barrier between the main floor and basement.
