Welcome to this modern, beautifully designed open concept home away from home located in the south end of the city. Offering high-end upgrades, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, attached 2 car garage, front driveway, fully stocked kitchen, huge island, 2d floor laundry for your convenience, BBQ which creates the perfect balance of extravagance and comfort.

Located on a quiet street, yet just minutes away from University of Manitoba, MITT, Football IG Field, great restaurants, shopping, spa, groceries, banking, Altea/Goodlife gym and much more. Step outside, and you are surrounded with men made lakes, biking/walking/jogging trails, countless playgrounds, and friendly community feel.

Please note that this place is NOT suited for gatherings, parties of any kind. This place is meant for quiet quality enjoyment.

Lovely Stay

The property exceeds even the photos online. It is incredibly immaculate and beautifully decorated. It's in a great neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying.
