Travelodge cancelled my reservation without any notice. I had to find a new hotel at 3 AM and ended up paying more than 2x what I would have if I had had any notice.

Hotel is in a sketchy unsafe feeling neighborhood. Upon walk-in in it looked dirty and run down. I had already paid online but they could not find our reservation as they no longer deal with Expedia. It was super late and we were exhausted so we made a new reservation and Expedia refunded me. We went to our room and it smelled dirty, both beds had hair and water stains in them so unlikely they had been changed, and there was some gross crusty dried up stuff on the hardwood floor by the bathroom that looked liked vomit. We left immediately and got our money back and went elsewhere. Would never ever book here again it was disgusting.

When we walked in we went to our room we immediately smelled the musty and dank atmosphere, which my daughter’s allergies cannot handle. Without even fully entering our room we immediately went down to the clerk to ask to have a refund because my daughter’s health cannot handle that and we were refused a refund. The clerk said she would speak with the manager and we would hear by the next day but we have heard nothing which tells me they have refused a refund. It is completely unacceptable and so I honestly feel so am being generous by giving it 2 stars

Such a terrible hotel. Never going to book it again. In breakfast you get one toast nothing else after that you have to buy. There was 1 staff in kitchen so rude. Never book this hotel.

Toilet had black mold, fresh blood on the hallway carpet, entrance way, and outside the door. Blood not cleaned up the next morning. Hair on bathroom floor, condensation extreme in bathroom where floor, towels, toilet paper, etc was soaked after a 7 minute shower (no bathroom fan). Continental breakfast is a piece of toast and coffee.

There was black hair in the bathroom, lots of it. Woke up to cockroach on bed sheets. Noisy and drunk people in hallways. Breakfast was included as advertised, continental breakfast, but when we went to breakfast area it was small dark room with no windows or proper ventilation and the lady was serving at the bar that looked empty and she said “nothing else here just “coffee and toast”. We checked out.

The room was clean at first appearance but did find hairs on the bathroom counter and in sink. The bed was not very comfortable and very squeaky when you rolled over. The radiator was so loud and I sleep with ear plugs. I shut it off in middle of night but then the room became very hot so I had to turn it back on.
