「Very nice stay! I look forward to staying at your place again.」

「Staying at the Alexander Mansion felt like stepping back in time to an era of elegance and warmth. Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making...

「The room was very clean and quiet and the beds were comfy! I checked in over the phone and the person I spoke with was very nice and helpful! It was the first time I’ve ever done that and it was very easy. I liked the coziness of the place and would stay there again.」

「Booked this as a last minute mini spring break vacation and absolutely loved it. Will visit again. Cabin was adorable, clean and very well kept. Hammock chairs under cabin were the highlight of the trip. Found some games in the coffee table and it was nice to teach my son games that did not involve electronics. Bathhouse was very close by and exceptionally clean and well stocked. Shower was amazing. Puppy had a great time walking the trail with us. Easy drive to Whitewater State Park.」

「Very clean and organized. Rustic scenery very quiet and peaceful.」

「Great location. Close to the park, bars, restaurants, and a gas station. World class trout fishing within minutes. Covered deck is a game changer on a rainy afternoon. We will be back every year! 」

「Everything was perfect for our one night stay… owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Only small issue was that it was a little difficult to get up and down the ladders to the lofted beds.. but now that we know what to expect, we would definitely consider staying here again!」

「The loft apartment above the International Owl Center was beautiful, spacious, well furnished and very comfortable.Just 3 blocks from the start point of the Root River bike trail, and a short scenic drive away from a variety of outdoor recreation activities and dining options. We had a lovely weekend stay, and were very well supported by the owner. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing or invigorating stay!」

「Beautiful and peaceful get-away with extremely responsive owner. Loved the porch the best :) listening to bird calls & songs! Cozy Amish built cabin!」
