“Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay”

“I had a hard time rating this place as we elected to not stay. We didn't feel safe. This is in a visibly rough area of town; we saw people walking in the street in their robes, garbage strewn about, and general decay. The exterior of this building blends in with the rest of the neighborhood. The screen door was broken with old sticker residue on the glass, building is overdue for maintenance (flaking paint, etc), and weeds for the yard. I now realize why there are limited pictures for the……

“The stay was accurate to description. The location was close to the city and ubers where no issue. However there was an unpleasant smell and the heater didn't work. Overall, my group felt that the stay was just ok. A hotel would've been just as comfortable and more affortable. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property met all expectations and the hot tub was a perfect way to end each night. Downtown Winooski is quaint with cafe, restaurant, and brewery options, and Burlington is less than 10 mins by car. We visited the Ben & Jerry's factory and took in a movie at the Sunset Drive-In. A wonderful end-of-summer trip at an ideal property for 8 friends or four couples.”

“The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.”

“This renovated apartment was perfect. I have stayed several times in Burlington and this will be my go to unit. The space was perfect for myself and my husband. Super comfortable King bed and pillows. The full-sized washer and dryer was a bonus. You won't go wrong booking this unit.”
