The place is questionable for passing minimum codes. Very low room occupancy.. slightly hat the hook to entice. Customers.. and once committed with the lowest rate in Winston. And because of no occupancy other revenue streams are aggressively exploited with a fairly obvious motive the cause.. rules vary from room conditions to smoking and more.. a friend opened the window and one cigarette out the window cost $50 a fine.. actually if any smell was detected it would have enhanced the rooms conditions when entered.. the filth and suspicious peoples accessing 100% of buildings facilities with no questions..caused serious concerns of with several tenants on our floor. To respectfully impose a heavy forfeiture of room deposits, some damage should occur, such as touching the entire property.. short of that anything else should be considered an improvement.. and tenant compensated like the 6-8 contractors with building supplies littered throughout the inside of this property..

The area had light to no lighting. The neighborhood was not good to say the least. We were unable to stay at the location as felt unsafe to get out of our vehicle.

Filthy and Disgustingly Dirty!

This hotel should be shut down permanently. Disgustingly dirty, stinky, and overall filthy. Poorest conditioned hotel I have even seen. I immediately cancelled reservations after seeing the living conditions of dirty sheets, stinking stale air of years of smoking, appeared roach infested. Just horrible.

Worst hotel I have ever visited

Parking lot: dirty, crumbling asphalt and concrete, deteriorating surfaces, foul odor of stale cigarettes. Lobby: You must communicate with the staff through a narrow slot. No mention of services or amenities (because there were none). Advertised breakfast was a hoax, there was not one. Elevator: One of the two out of service, apparently been that way for some time. Sn orange traffic cone in the corner. Ride slow and noisy, you might not get to your floor. Hallway: dimly lit and that cigarette smell is almost overwhelming. You need a bit of shoulder to get the door open. Room: actually reasonably clean, no visible dirt or insects. Sheets were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Furniture was old and very minimal. No desk. One small chair. Half the electrical outlets were inoperable or jammed with something. No coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no tissues. The toilet paper holder broken and a roll of toilet paper sitting on the sink. Only one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. No hangers in the closet. No hair dryer. No internet. As said, minimal amenities. Coffee: Was told the desk staff could provide this. When I asked in the morning, I received a 4 ounce paper cup with coffee from somewhere in the back. I did not ask how it was prepared, but I drank it and survived. The final gift was upon leaving you and everything you took into the room reeked of the cigarette smell. Now home we are dealing with this as best we can. We probably will not stay there again.

Absolutely DO NOT stay here! The doors are open on arrival and only way to secure and lock door is the deadbolt once you enter the room through the already unlocked open door. There were no secondary locking latches. Looked like they were broken off. Keycard is just for show. I have never experienced this before. Large stink bugs in room. Shower had mold. It was a nonsmoking room but smelled terrible from smoking. I checked in after 4 pm and realized this wasn’t going to be a safe place. I spent about an hour in the room and decided to just leave and not return.
