The bed took up most of the usable space in the room. Toiletries were minimal but adequate. Mini-fridge and microwave functional though microwave a trifle dodgy. No place to sit down except on the bed. Older property refurbished and fairly clean. For the solo (and definitely solo) traveller who wants to save money, this is a good but minimal choice.

The best part of this motel is the location, it was central for where I needed to be for the couple of days I was in the city. The property itself wasn’t clean, there was trash laying around the hallways the entire stay, chicken wing bones on the gross ice machine, obvious bacteria growth on the ice catcher part. The room needed paint, a deep clean, some renailing of nails, the bedding was in terrible condition also. I regretted the stay instantly but needed to save a few bucks. Guy at the front desk was cool though. Also forensics was there when I woke up the next morning.

Ver poor house cleaning and maintenance. Issues with the 1st and 2nd rooms: 1st floor rooms with windows looking out on the parking lot, flood lights pointed at the building and curtains that would not stay closed and did nothing to block the light over the top of them, meaning the room stayed bright 24/7; floors neither swept nor mopped with obvious spills not cleaned up; safety latch missing the piece on the door, so could not be bolted; no plug in the sink, so one looked straight down the pipe; A/C so dirty strands of dirty waved in the air when blowing; 1st room had crumbs and hair on the sheets as well as clear evidence of previous occupants bodily fluids; night manager said I was a picky guest, but changed my room; toilet paper holder was broken in both rooms; when first ran water for a shower, had to wait a few minutes for the grey film to be washed down the drain (also no cover for the drain, so was an open hole straight down if I had dropped anything; it was loud at night, so between light, dirt and noise, sleep was a challenge. Will never consider this place again.

I feel like they could’ve done a better job landing the bathroom in the room honestly also the toilet is so sometimey… it’s like one flush works then the next flush the toilet is stooped up also the elevator is a little weird and needs repairs had to take the stairs a few times. Cause the elevator took to long not that it was the end of the world for me but I mean what if someone who can’t use the stairs needs it? But overalll my stay was okay
