"Never book room 107 … there’s a window in there that blares into the room at all hours. At night time when you’re trying to sleep it’s bright as a Sunday afternoon!! And we were literally right next to the pool it was so much commission from them going in & out we could hardly watch tv. We wanted to sleep in but all we kept hearing was every single person coming and going to the check out laughing & carrying on … Breakfast was eaten up by a team of players who left NOTHING. The indoors “warm pool” was freezing and the left the outside doors open all day & night letting all the nice warm air out?? No towels in the pool area & the kids be acting crazy!! We had one squirt us in the head just for giggles (we don’t even know them like that!!) my key stoped working for our room twice while we were there & front desk is as slow as a sloth … we must of came on a crazy weekend ?!?"

"I’m not even sure where to start, honestly. When we got into our room, I noticed there weren’t any towels. I called the front desk, but there wasn’t an answer. My son then told me that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut; I thought that was odd, but went to check it out. Sure enough, the top hinge was loose, so we had to lift the door in order to fully close it! I walked down to the front desk to report both items (towels and door), and was assured they would be taken care of when we returned from our graduation ceremony. We returned to our room around 9:30pm, and neither situation had been handled. I tried to call down to the front desk, but no answer (again). I walked down, and this time was told there were towels in the dryer and to come back in 40 minutes. My son and his friend walked down at that time, and were told they had all been given out. Excuse me, what? They told the person working that I had requested 2 towels; apparently he was extremely rude to them, but eventually gave them 2 towels for the room. The door was never fixed during our stay. I find it frustrating that I could never get ahold of anyone via phone, and that the front desk staff were all rude and dismissive of my requests. AND, to top it off, the pool was closed! 0 ⭐️, would not recommend!"

"Was both surprised and pleased with how friendly the staff was and how clean the room was. Great value! Walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors but I guess that’s expected."

"Our refrigerator was leaking water before we were in the room, so there was a big puddle when we came in. Random stains around the room. Not a big problem, just a little gross. The indoor “curb appeal” was good."
