Such an easy walk to the Gondola and Arrow lifts as well as the village shops and food. Very comfortable condo and heated garage was great since we got 4 feet of snow during the week we were there. Would definitely stay here again next year.

Absolutely amazing place and so close
We had never been to Winter Park and this was an excellent place to stay. It is extremely close and the price point was better than almost every other location. You are right across the street from the gondola and have to walk about 50 yards from the front door to the gondola. They have lockers on the first floor for your ski equipment. The actual unit was heated and we kept having to open the door because it tried to cook us lol which is amazing when the outside temperature is between zero and 15°. I would definitely recommend this Unit for other people. It was clean and everything I needed was there.

Place was really nice. Neat and clean and relatively modern. Location unbeatable 3mins walk to gondola. Had to get help figuring out remote control for living room TV and couldn't bring temperature down without opening a window but it was fine. Quick replies from company regarding questions and issues.
It was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Chances are I'll be back.

Wonderful Vacation!
We love Winter Park and being right next to the resort is great. This is the second time we have stayed at Fraser Crossing unit 3517. This year the living room furniture was all new as well as the breakfast table. We loved the new look! It was beautiful. The unit is a little small for our family of 4 but it works. We love having a full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but when you are tired it's ok. We will definitely look to stay here again next year!

Great Value in Winter Park!
Stayed here with our two teenage sons for five nights over MLK weekend. I cannot fathom why a previous reviewer only gave this 2 stars. It was clean, up-to-date, with a full and well-stocked kitchen and cost us less than half of what some of the other condos are going for. The sleeper sofa was just fine for our teens. The master bed was extremely comfortable. There is barely any walk to lifts -- maybe 2-3 minutes tops??? The 'rickety' freezer fan that someone complained about is really the ice-maker, which we just turned off at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room, but a few changes would be required to return.
Our guest sleeping in the living room could not sleep well because if the rickety freezer fan that kept her up all night.
Four towels for four people for five days was woefully inadequate. Management brought us towels when requested, but it was much more inconvenient than a daily cleaning service.
Ski-in ski-out is typically reserved for a place you don’t have the walk through two parking lots and cross a busy street.

NOT pet free
This unit/property was advertised as taking no pets. My family has pet allergies so this seemed like an ideal rental. However, the building allows owners and guests of owners to have pets. My family was sick with allergies. This unit/property was falsely advertised. If you have animal allergies/sensitivities find a different property and inquire if owners are allowed to have pets.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at winter park resort, and, the staff were very responsive and helpful for any questions I had. The two suggestions I'd make are: (1) at least one thinner/flatter pillow (the pillows were like balloons, interestingly enough I heard other tenants talking in jacuzzi about similar issue w pillows so it's not isolated to this unit). (2) some way to manage temperature without having to leave open bedroom window and balcony door 24 hours a day. With heater and fireplace pilot light fully off and ceiling fans running, the inside temp would climb to 74-75. I'm guessing this is a common issue during winter as two other tenants brought this up in the jacuzzi and asked how I handled it.
Unfortunately, for this second reason, I would not rent a 1 bdrm units again here during winter unless I was assured this had been addressed. (While I was able to mitigate this issue, having to leave bedroom window open all night meant street/other sounds amplified into the bedroom making it difficult to sleep).

Always a pleasure to stay at WinterPark. Still a little expensive the parking per night. Other than that, amazing.
Wow, what a great location. Just a short walk to the lifts. I would definitely stay here again-perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped. I would have liked another skillet or two but it was fine! Loved this unit!

The reason it wasn,t an
The reason it wasn,t an excellent rating was because of the parking. I was told that I needed to pay 15 dollars a day, which I did. As it turned out, I did not need to use the code to get in and out of the empty parking lot!! I look at the 80 I spent for parking as a complete waste of money. Maybe even a ripoff!!
MANAGER COMMENTS: Our apologies for the parking mishap Mike. We are reaching out to you to make this right. There were some problems with the gate and third party parking system during the dates of your stay. We hope we can host you next time with a flawless experience.

Casey and Amy with WPLC couldn't have been more accommodating with last minute reservations, extensions of stay (twice) and unit selection.
With our plans changing every other day, they pivoted with our needs as they unfolded.
Unit was clean, with updates since our last stay in 2018.
The Fraser Crossing complex/Winter Park Village/Winter Park Fraser/Tabernash/Grand Lake businesses/restaurants all take the COVID issue seriously, so plan on wearing a mask everywhere. The upside of a few mild inconveniences was a stay that felt safer than our own hometown.

Great Vacation
Clean, comfortable room with great amenities. We don't ski but we did find many other activities to do. Snow Cat tour, great restaurants, tubing. We normally go up during the summer but this winter/spring time was also fun.
MANAGER COMMENT: So very glad you came to visit us in the winter. There is always something to do here even if you don't ski! Hope to see you again soon.

Location was GREAT! Code
Location was GREAT! Code access to building and suite was very convenient as were the Ski lockers. The room was clean, would have liked more then one towel per person but one towel per person worked. The only reason we would not return would be because both beds were thin and very uncomfortable. So much so, I chose the floor over the bed the last night, in hopes to get some sleep.
MANAGER COMMENTS: We are pleased you enjoyed the location of the property. We will always bring more of anything you need to be as comfortable as possible. We are just trying to do our part to stay "green". We are addressing the beds currently and hope to work on those to be more comfortable. We do hope to host you again in perhaps another property with new mattresses.

Group of 10
From the initial call to book our reservation, to the follow up call after check out, the staff could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with. They were able to find available lodging for our large group on a busy March weekend with units at Founders Pointe and Fraser Crossing. The properties were clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of pillows and bedding for everyone. This is one of the best property management companies we have ever used for condo rental and will use again if staying in the area.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Fantastic! We are all so thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us and we could find a good fit of properties for you. Do contact us when you travel back this way...we'd love to host you again.
