You'll find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a microwave convection oven for making meals at home. The fridge is a mini-fridge so plan accordingly. The open floor plan leads to the living area with comfy seating and a queen sleeper sofa, and a 55” HDTV. The dining table seats four. Just off the living room, you'll find the deck overlooking the amenities deck where the hot tub is located. The bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.
Park in the heated garage the cost per day per vehicle during ski season is $19 and there is a $3 service during summer months.
STARTING 4/29/24 THE HOA WILL REPLACING THE HOT TUBS ON THE AMENITY DECK. THE AMENITY DECK WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE AND THE HOT TUBS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. CONSTRUCTION WILL BE HAPPENING FROM 7AM-7PM / 7 DAYS A WEEK.
