Will be a nice place to stay once property construction is complete and kitchen properly stocked

Beautiful new build with ongoing construction all around. Radiant heat flooring a win! Only 2 showers for 10 people, not good. 4 flights of long stairs may not be best for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen was disappointing - zero wash cloths, no basic staples, no hand soap, one stove burner didn’t light. Didn’t realize that we would be charged for a ‘complimentary welcome basket’. No sheets or bedding for pull out sofa bed so we had to borrow blankets from others. The hot tub on the roof and small corner fireplace in living room were wonderful amenities! Bring your own white noise machine because sound travels from top to bottom level (and through the walls next door) with no doors separating the levels. Multiple Tvs allowed for separate entertainment. Appreciated the quick response of the host when we had booking questions.

Valued the garage and private hot tub. The kids/bunkbeds are in the open spaceBetween the front entrance door and garage. There is no privacy and only a half bath. There is no bathroom on the main level. So u have to go upstairs or downstairs to go to the bathroom. The sofa and chair aren’t comfortable. The kitchen is very nice for cooking.
