on a big, comfortable L shaped couch and watch TV or read a book with no hard
sofa sleeper under you. Kids and adults love to sleep on these couches. A
queen size, easily inflatable bed is stored in the closet for two additional
adults or for the kids. Enjoy the convenience of being close the elevators.
**HOT TUB CLOSURE**. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware, the
Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills and hot
tubs will be closed for construction until January 10th, 2025.

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent
via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day
of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is
located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned
parking.
